The terms behind MealPlans4One

Who you’re buying from

MealPlans4One is operated by Autora IT Support & AI Automations Limited, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC889126. Registered office: 7 Glen Shiel Crescent, Kilmarnock, Scotland, KA2 0LS. The person running it day to day is Euan Grant.

What you’re buying

One payment gets you a PDF of 14 dinners, planned together so the ingredients overlap and nothing in the pack goes unused. The first meal is shown free before you pay; the other 13 are written as you wait and unlocked on payment.

The price today is £19. That is an introductory price, running until 31 October, after which it becomes £29. Whatever the page quotes at the moment you pay is what you are charged — the price never changes between the page and Stripe.

Your paid download link works for 7 days from payment. Save the PDF somewhere of your own during that window — it is yours to keep after the link expires, the link itself just stops.

How the plan is written

Recipes are written by a language model from your answers, to a set of rules Euan Grant wrote. Nobody cooks a recipe or reads your plan before it reaches you. Full detail is on the how your plan is made section of the homepage — read it before you buy, not after.

This is a cooking product. It makes no health, diet, weight-loss or nutritional claims, and nothing in a plan is medical or dietary advice. If you have an allergy or a medical condition affecting what you can eat, treat every recipe as a starting point to check yourself — including the label on the packet in your hand — not as something cleared for you.

Your right to cancel, and the checkbox at checkout

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content bought at a distance normally carries a 14-day right to cancel before it is delivered. Because your plan is generated and sent to you immediately on payment, that right has to be given up for the purchase to work at all — so at checkout you are asked to confirm you want immediate delivery and understand what that means, before payment is possible. That consent is recorded against your order.

Giving up the statutory cancellation right is not the same as giving up all recourse — see the refund promise below, which is offered instead, on top of your normal consumer rights around faulty digital content.

The refund promise

Separately from the statutory position above, you have 14 days from payment to email [email protected] and ask for your money back, for any reason. No questions, no form, refunded in full to the card you paid with. This is a promise made on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by MealPlans4One.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in.

Changes

If these terms change, the change applies to orders placed after the date it is made, not to a plan already paid for under the version that was live at the time.
